Cozy apartment in the heart of downtown Put in Bay

A small private "studio" or "efficiency" apartment that has one full bed and a convertible futon. All beds use full-sized sheets. Small bathroom with stall shower, dining table, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, convection oven, hot plate, blender and coffee maker. Nice deck, yard with swing and propane grill. Includes free wi-fi. SMALL MEANS SMALL: WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET. Must bring sheets and towels. Includes one parking space on Aunt Jane's boutique hotel premises nearby.
The space
This efficiency apartment is perfect for a couple or close family/friends. The bed is a tight fit in the room and the bathroom is very small. Parking is nearby but not adjacent to the premises and may be on a grass area. Please note these details before booking. New staff has been hired to remedy issues noted in past reviews that were brought on by personnel shortage due to the Covid-19 pandemic (curtains have been rehung, the yard maintained, etc.).

Enter with key code. Unit is just steps from the Monument, the beach, the docks, and all the pools, shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, and other major attractions. Walk nearly everywhere in seconds; No need for a golf cart, designated driver, or cabs shuttling your group back and forth across the island.
Other things to note
Pools and spas at the Sand Bar, Blue Marlin, Splash, and Mist swim-up bars are are within steps of the unit, but not on the Aunt Jane's property itself. Island visitors are generally welcome at these attractions during normal operational hours, subject to occupancy restrictions and occasional special events. Some may impose a small cover charge depending on date and demand. There is a free-admission pool and bar at the Bay Lodging Hotel, and a kid-friendly pool (no bar, small admission charge) at the Crew’s Nest downtown.
