「I stayed at Sala Lodges with my two daughters, aged 4 and 10, and it was one of the most memorable hotel stays we have ever had. We have stayed at many hotels in Japan and overseas, usually choosing comfortable hotels suitable for family travel rather than ultra-luxury properties. Even so, Sala Lodges really stood out. It offered a wonderfully special experience at a surprisingly accessible price. We arrived earlier than the normal check-in time, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in...

「Very clean and well-maintained, Beautiful scenery and landscaping, super friendly staff, peaceful.」

「Nary was an excellent host who helped us with interesting places to visit and made us feel very welcome. Try her traditional BBQ and walk the tracks through the forest. Lovely spot.」

「Do not book through Expedia. They had not told Hidden Leaf we were coming. We had paid for accomodation through expedia. Hotel wanted us to pay them, as Expedia had not notified or paid them. Hotel looked abandoned. Only accessible by motorbike. We had been on motorbike for almost 7 hours. Dreadful experience with both Expedia and Hidden leaf. Do not go there」

「The Little Prince Resort and Spa far exceeded our expectations. The hotel was quaint and walking distance from a lot of good restaurants. Charlie was an excellent host and made us feel right at home, catering to our every need. The hotel was very accommodating with temple tour transportation as well as regular transportation into town. Highly recommend! 」
