「This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at.,, Staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to help in any way, great knowledge of traditional culture and will share information . Communication was on point, never having to wait for a reply, via what's app. Facilities, room and gardens was even better than the photos extremely spotless. Food was delicious and always on time when we used room service, but also enjoyable to eat at the restaurant with very friendly staff....

「スタッフはとても丁寧でフレンドリー、設備も綺麗だったのでとても快適な滞在でした。 離れのvilla に泊まりましたが、プールも十分な広さ、バスタブもライステラスが一望できて眺めは最高でした。 リネンやタオルがところどころ黒く汚れている点、スタッフの言っていることが人によって違ったり、夕飯の時間が勝手に変わっていたりした点は少し気になりましたが、総じて素敵な思い出になりました。 ウブドの中心地からは少し離れており、周りには何もないのでゆったりと滞在を楽しむことになります。中にあるレストランはとてもおいしかったです。」

La traquillità qui regna sovrana. Hanno anche una piccola spa per fare i massaggi. Unico neo: un pò dislocato rispetto ad Ubud centro, quindi da valutare la posizione (il traffico è di casa) 」

「Hot Stone Club Ubud is truly one of my favorite places to stay in Bali. I spent two weeks there in December and returned for three weeks in April—it’s that good! 「It's a very quiet, lovely, private place. It is far away from everything (although there are 2 beautiful waterfalls withing walking distance) but you can use Grab/Gojek easily (25mins to Ubud). So, this place is more for a romantic couple holiday, it's perfectly private and quiet, loved it! Breakfast is nice too, kind hosts.」

「The staff are friendly and generous with their time. Relaxing Villa, interesting wildlife around, forest sounds, local activities close by. Pool is refreshing - maybe bring floaties for younger kids as the pool doesn’t have a shallow end (although we forgot to bring any and our kids have become much stronger swimmers in the few days we have been here!) Big fans of Gede and the team. He escorted us to the local waterfall and has great suggestions for activities in the area. Great selection of...

「La verdad estaba todo bastante descuidado, luego había muchos ruidos TIENEN UN GALLO Y A LAS 6 te despierta, La luz que entra por las ventanas es brutal ya que no tienen cortinas para ello, el baño me daba mucho asco y plaga de bichos en la habitación… NO RECOMIENDO ALOJARSE AQUÍ 」
