Welcome to Burnt Store Marina! We are a gated community in Southwest coastal Florida (https://bsm22.org). Our 1bd/1ba waterfront 3rd fl unit has been recently refurbished. Take the elevator with your luggage. Sit on your private balcony and watch boats as they enter the south basin or docking for lunch.
You are just a few steps from Cass Cay restaurant where they offer inside and outside dinning, and from The Trading Post, perfect for breakfast, lunch and take out pizzas and salads. There is also a farmer’s market on the parking lot every Friday morning.
If you are headed out on a boat or renting a kayak, the ship store is just across the parking lot. For up to date information about Burnt Store Marina check out the activities calendar or the Beacon Newsletter (https://bsm22.org/the-beacon/). Golf, fitness center, pickleball and tennis are available in Burnt Store Marina (check the website for more infos).
For those looking for some serious early summer fishing, Boca Grande is only 20 mins due west of us by boat and was named 2017 "World's Top 12 Tarpon Destinations" as reported by NewSportFishing.com and in 2019 by SaltwaterSportsMan.com. Our marina has a number of captains available for charter specializing in tarpon fishing. So if you are considering hooking into a Silver King this year check our calendar and book early.
Very close to Punta Gorda, Pine Island and wonderful quirky Matlacha, with gorgeous waterfront.
If you want a lovely view, peaceful and confortable condo with no noise above you, this is the place. Hope to see you soon!
Ten percent (10%) discount on nightly rate for month or longer stay. Condo association rules state no pets and no smoking. Closest airports : Punta Gorda (PGD) or Ft Myers (RSW).

Nice condo with very gracious hosts. They addressed the few problems we experienced. A new mattress was delivered during the stay which was greatly appreciated. The condo was well supplied and had a lovely view of the marina and boat traffic. The manatee viewing in the marina was the best we have ever experienced. The adjacent restaurant, bar and nightly entertainment were also a plus. Parking was close and the condo provided a nice quiet place to relax.

This was the fourth unit (one of the nicest) we've stayed in at the Keel Club. The unit had everything we needed. Had a great time.

The hosts are aware of our concern and they did respond to them. The place was not clean when we arrived so we had to vacate to allow that. The furnace filter hadn’t been changed in so long that it was a carpet of dust. The snacks left out for us were all expired by almost a year. Of course they didn’t have to provide them in the first place so that was no problem except it was just another proof that the unit wasn’t being paid attention. Also that bed mattress must be replaced if anyone hopes to get sleep. I got up after a couple of days in it and my back spasmed and stayed that way at least two days. The water had lots of dirt in it at first too and we could never feel our hair got clean.This could be a very nice to stay but it needs more attention to detail. The hosts did what they could and even refunded the unused nights but it was not what we expected when we rented it.

The little things made the start great.Very clean, as described; byt the little things they did made the stay more like home.A Band-aid was needed from walking too far and they had it! Although we cooked eggs only, the kitchen had the nick knacks that would make it more like home.Coffee and the little snacks were a wonderful thought as well.

Good for basic amenities. Elevator was out of order so had to carry luggage up 3 stories. Fire stick in bedroom didn’t work so skipped TV at night or news in the morning. Shower curtain had mold on it.

Convenient location

We were there just 2 nights and were mostly away at our daughter’s and son’s in law home just a short distance away. The building is dated but beautiful area right by Safe Harbor.

Beautiful Stay

Just Right

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here celebrating our honeymoon. The location was convenient to multiple fishing, dining and sightseeing destinations. A good beach is a little further awau but we only did that once anyway. The condo was very comfortable and had plenty of supplies until we could go shopping. We loved making breakfast each morning and eating it on the balcony while watching the marina activities. One evening we relaxed and listened to the band playing at Cass Cay restaurant next door. We slept good and the shower felt great after a day fishing. We would suggest a mattress upgrade as the current one has developed a little hump in the middle...not that it bothered us honeymooners who slept on the same side, but it may bother future renters. Would also recommend stocking tv remote batteries as they all died during out stay. We bought some batteries for them but was too busy to spend much time there watching them. The pool was not crowded and the perfect temp for a quick dip.

Christmas stay

The property was very clean and nicely updated from the appliances to the crown molding. First time staying in building1 after several stays in building 2. The lanai over looking marina was our favorite place for coffee and watching the boats.

Great Condo

This condo was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The view is as described, we even got to see a dolphin one afternoon! Pool was warm, about 85 degrees every day. There is also a community grill so you can barbeque if you like. We thoughly enjoyed our stay.

Very Relaxing

This condo is just as described. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with paper products, K-cups, towels, extra sheets, kitchen supplies, etc. He even gave us a bottle of wine! The TV has a nice selection of channels. The pool was heated and the area was clean. The owner is very responsive to communication and allowed us to check-in early as we were already in the area staying with family. The Burnt Store Marina community is massive! There are endless places to walk and the views are amazing! There is a nice walkway on the opposite side of the marina that goes along a canal and then to another part of the marina. I enjoyed looking at all the different boats. There is a restaurant just steps away from the condo and the food was excellent. There is also live music there most nights which requires a cover charge. There is a fitness center within walking distance but requires a fee to access it. I bought a $15 daily pass the first day but just walked in the rest of the times that I was there. There is a Dollar General within half a block of the main entrance that has a very good selection of groceries and supplies. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. I prefer a firm mattress and the one in the condo was very soft. Also, the pull-out couch is well-worn and not very comfortable to sit on if you want to watch a movie. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Burnt Store Marina.
