HOA and Clubhouse Access Information

* 27-night minimum stay is required per HOA
* 24/7 Guard-gated community
* Lead guest must be age 25 or older. ID is checked upon registration at the resort.
* Guests will receive the membership transfer form via email before arrival
* Membership includes access to the resort clubhouse amenities with an additional cost for the membership card paid upon arrival to the HOA.
* Golf membership transfer is NOT INCLUDED in this property
* Clubhouse membership transfer cost is covered by the owner.
* Membership covers two adults at the same household address only. Children under 21 with the same address are included.
* Guests not in the same household may accompany members when using the clubhouse.
* Additional Fees are payable to the HOA at the clubhouse upon arrival for the stay. $10 per person for the clubhouse access card. $25 for a permanent barcode (not applicable for rental cars) for gate access.
NOTICE: The HOA office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Amenity cards can be picked up Monday through Friday from 1 pm - 4 pm.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION:
We will collect a $1,500 deposit at the time of booking.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
