What view?!
Upon arrival I found the view was nothing but a parking lot! Side note the last week I was there they were putting grass down and no more parking lot. The view is ONLY from the upstairs bedroom window.
The condo was NOT clean! The sheets were filthy! I was told by Daniel (owner) to go buy new sheets! Ridiculous! I had to sleep on the top of the bed my first night after a 20 hour travel. The next morning I had to go buy sheets, I was reimbursed for but nonetheless it was something I should not have had to do! Floors were filthy! What was left for cleaning was a broom at least 10 years old and a mop of cloth that should have been tossed years ago. The kitchen while updated in appearance was not stocked well. All dishes and small appliances should be updated. The coffee pot was disgusting! All cabinets were a complete mess and filled with food and items so there was no where to put my items. The refrigerator was still full of perishable foods that I had to clean out! The extra blankets for the second bedroom were all stained as well. I went and purchased blankets! I would never use what was provided! The second bedroom fan and light did not work Daniel did call someone but I opted out because it would have required me to stay and miss time of my vacation while having his repair person fix what should have been in good working order prior to my arrival. I bought a fan for the room. None of the fire or carbon detectors had batteries.
I will say Daniel did respond to my concerns and had a cleaning crew come the next day. They came in and mopped the floors...honestly the condo needed a complete steam cleaning. He explained that he had stayed there the week prior and did wash the sheets but it was soap that had not been completely rinsed! He said that was all the stains I was seeing! Maybe this is so, but NO ONE would have ever slept on them and NO ONE should have put those sheets on a bed for someone's use! The entire time no matter what I did my feet were black from
the floors. Not much could be done about the view or lack there of.
The location of this condo is amazing! You couldn't ask for a better location! Parking was always available.
While I absolutely loved the location, walking distance to so many places I would NEVER stay there again. It was clear that this is simply an income generated condo and in my opinion way over priced!
