Beautiful Punta Gorda Isles Canal Front Home

This beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath canal front home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just a short .9 miles from Fisherman's Village and 1.5 miles from the heart of charming downtown Punta Gorda. Come stay awhile and fall in love with this bright and spacious home. The large king primary suite has direct lanai access, a sitting area, smart TV, large bath with dual sinks, a tile walk in shower, soaking tub and walk in closet. The split floor plan offers a second king suite with its own bath and smart TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 feature a queen bed and two twins respectively and share an adjacent full bath with a tub/shower combo and dual sinks. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. Enjoy the completely stocked kitchen featuring island seating as well as indoor and outdoor dining spaces. The lanai boasts peaceful canal views, a heated pool, propane grill, plenty of very comfortable outdoor seating and a large television for your enjoyment!

Wow, this property was stunning! It was so clean and beautiful. It was nice to have a laminated check list of items to do upon arrival and departure. We also felt that we got “more” than what was in the photos. For example, there was a tv on the lanai to use. The only feedback that we would give (which does not affect the rating) would be to include information about the two thermostats (what they control). Tammie was great with responding quickly to our questions. Thank you so much for the experience. We would definitely book here again.

Peaceful Tropical Paradise

My family of 5 enjoyed this rental so much that it was sad to leave :) The house is easy to find, in a quiet & safe neighborhood, and is absolutely beautiful. Everything you could need in a vacation rental is there- the kitchen is stocked, the garage is full of pool & beach toys, there's a shop-vac for getting sand out of the car, and so much more. Everything is spotless and organized and comfortable! Made the best of vacations!

A Wonderful Home

Our family enjoyed this home very much. The house was convenient for a family, comfortable, and had many amenities that made it feel like you were at home. We enjoyed the pool and screened porch for outdoor dining and socializing. It was close to many good restaurants. The host was helpful and available.

WONDERFUL!

This is a beautiful property in a nice very quiet neighborhood! Tammi, the host was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. This property had everything you needed to get settled in as a family. Although we had a lot of rain the week we were here, we were able to enjoy the amazing pool for a few days! The added floats were great to soak in the Florida sun. Being able to wash a couple loads of laundry during the week was nice as well. The kitchen was well equipped where I was able to make a few meals for the family there. Everything was great and would definitely recommend this location for a Punta getaway!

Exquisite Home and ammenities

The house is exquisite with an unforgettable magnificent master bath with a large soak tub and open glass shower-- simply divine. All bedrooms and baths beautifully appointed. House furnishings beautiful as well as luxurious towels and linens-- The pool is heated and we enjoyed it immensely. The best experience we have ever had with VRBO - this house will never disappoint. The owners have thought of everything - even down to pots and pans in the kitchen.
