Mia Hermosa is a new complex of 48 condos with 24/7 security and elevators in El Cortecito area of Bavaro Beach, within walking distance to the beach, as well as shopping and many great restaurants. There is a large magnificent pool and a small gym for your enjoyment.
Mia Hermosa Balconies is a quiet family oriented complex not suitable for major parties, wild groups, or spring breakers. We expect all guests to treat our condo as their own.
Condo F-301 is a large (1450 sq. ft) independent 3rd floor, 2-bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom unit with air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. It has an open floor plan and is beautifully decorated with high quality furniture. It sleeps up to 6 people (4 adults and two children 12 and below), with a king bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom, and an double air mattress. It has 3 balconies, one in each bedroom and a large one overlooking the beautiful pool, which is furnished with a sofa, two chairs, coffee table, and a lounge swinging chair to take full advantage of the outdoors. The unit includes 3 flat screen TVs, stainless steel appliances (gas stove/oven and fridge), a stackable washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, quality pots and pans, etc., as well as other accessories. Bedrooms have blackout curtains for a restful sleep. Free WiFi is also provided. The unit includes a reserved parking spot in a secure parking lot requiring an access pass for entry. The entire property if fully secured. A set of key fobs will be issued.
As with vacation rentals in Punta Cana, electricity is charged separately based on your consumption during your stay. The average cost will normally vary between US$5 and US$10 per day, but could fall outside such range, depending on your usage. The electricity reading from the CEPM electricity company will be provided to the customer and collected separately at check-out.
Please be advised that the renter is responsible for the condo and the items associated with it. Any broken or missing items will be collected based on purchase value of the item in question. For example, in the event of a lost key, the client will be charged US$75.00, the garage remote control US$100.00, the main door entrance key fob $60.00, etc.
The initial cleaning fee is US$60.00. Additional housekeeping during your stay is available upon request at renter’s expense.
