プンタ バンデラ ホテル

「The room was pretty old and smelled. The room was for 4 people and only got 2 towels. The beds were uncomfortable and the shower was run down. The shower curtain didn’t reach from one end to another and didn’t reach the bottom either so water spilled everywhere.」

「Good location」

「I enjoyed tijuana. This hotel is convenient. near tijuana down town and easy to access San Diego.」

「El lugar muy limpio, el personal muy atento y amables. Tuvimos problema con el internet en la tv y solucionaron el problema al instante. 10/10 Lo recomiendo si andan en el area.」

「Very quiet with a wonderful hot shower. Excellent restaurant on site with very friendly staff. Will stay here again.」

「great customer service!!」

「Clean room recommended」

「The air conditioning in my room did not work. I reported it several times, and staff kept saying they were working on it, but nothing was resolved. I requested another room and was told none were available. The only solution offered was a fan. I paid full price for a room with working air conditioning, and a fan was not an acceptable replacement. Because the issue remained unresolved, I left and returned home. I am requesting a refund because I did not receive the accommodations I paid for.」

「I checked in Friday night and there was hot water, the rest of my stay there was no hot water. I checked out Monday morning and still no hot water, I had to take a shower most of the time with cold water. Not very pleasant. I reported it to the front desk 3 times and there was no solution to my problem. Room number 320 very noisy in the morning. Other than that, it was OK.」
