"The house was spotless when we arrived. It was larger than expected and had more than enough room for my 30 family members to sleep comfortably and interact comfortably without feeling too close in proximity. All the amenities were amazing. We love the hot tub, the movie theatre room, the kids loved the game room and we all roasted s’mores around the fire pit. It was only 19 minutes away from the local Walmart and McDonald’s for all of our last minute needs & 2 minutes away from the gas station. I have nothing bad to say about this property except I wish the host communication was a little more timely at times. Also to note, there are an abundance of “stink bugs” (that’s what we call them where we are from) and lady bugs. This did not bother us because we knew being near woods we would encounter bugs, nothin you can do about it and it’s nothing to the host or the houses fault. Other than that, everything was 10/10 would 100% recommend!!"

"Very sweet home stocked with everything you need for your family to have a great time. Host was very easy to contact and communicated effectively when needed. Kitchen had many of the standard utilizes and equipment needed. Many towels and all linens provided. Multiple spaces to relax and play games or watch movies. Pool and hot tub were clean with vests, goggles, floatables available. Land is beautiful and nice easy walking trail. Highly recommending you take your family away for a week or weekend. "

"The cabin itself was terrific. The hosts make an extra effort to see that their guests are welcome, comfortable, and well informed about the area. The cabin and hot tub were exceptionally clean and well cared for. The bed was very comfortable and the sofa/recliners were the best we have had at a rental cabin. The Christmas decorations were such a nice touch and the cinnamon rolls were unexpected and delicious. One reason we chose this cabin is that it is near Boch Hollow which is one of our favorite hiking areas. While we again enjoyed Boch Hollow we were delighted to find that another nature preserve we were not familiar with was less than a mile away from the cabin. We hiked Rockstall Preserve on our first morning and enjoyed it so much we hiked it again on our last morning so we could see the trail and the waterfall after a light snowfall. Dave and Ronda made themselves readily available during our stay but everything was so well prepared that we never needed to contact them. This cabin is a real gem and we would love to stay again."
