"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. "Super nice place. Very welcoming host and nice neighbourhood. The pool is nice for a dip on a hot day. The villas are so nice, airconed and comfortable, equipped with smart TV. We were in Villa 2, so a bit more privacy. Highly recommended. Loud neighbourhood dogs at night, but do not let that deter you from the place."

"We had an excellent stay at the three-bedroom villa. The house is better in reality. It is very spacious and comfortable, well furnished, and the pool area is really pleasant bordering rice fields. The property manager and staff are very helpful. The only minus is the beach, which is quite unusable due to rubbish. You can walk on the beach but you cannot really sun bath or swim. I would definitely go back. "

"Lilly, the owner, could not have been more helpful or responsive; we talked to her every day and she was always there to give us advice and make sure everything was good for us. The stregnth of this place was the views, which really are great; over the rice fields and close enough to the ocean that you can hear the waves crashing. The house is large, the AC works, and there is a nice kitchen, as well as really nice outdoor spaces to look at the view. We would certainly return."

The service was flawless, with attentive staff who seemed to anticipate every need. The food and drinks were five-star quality, beautifully presented, and enjoyed against one of the most breathtaking backdrops in Bali — endless views over the lush jungle and misty valleys. Our villa was luxurious yet grounded in Balinese warmth, perfectly balancing modern comfort with natural beauty. The infinity pool overlooking the treetops feels like floating above the world, and the cooler mountain air is a welcome break from the coastal heat. This is the perfect escape from the chaos of the beaches and party towns — quiet, refined, and deeply peaceful. Just note that the resort sits far from other services or restaurants, so a driver is essential if you plan to explore. Ours was excellent — fluent in English, knowledgeable, and every bit as professional as the resort staff.
