「Lovely, cosy, quirky little place in a very quiet part of town. It has everything I needed for my stay. Only stayed 1 night for work purposes but wanted to stay longer. Rod was very welcoming and throughly nice chap.」

「Location really good.Nice and quiet. Could have done with cereal/fruit bowls. Shower mat found on last day by pure chance. Would have been better hung over towel rail as shower quite slippy. Me and my friend would definitely recommend this place. 」

「The Host cancelled my booking 3 hours before the booking. I was already on the train making my way there, I had to book another hotel, and spend more money than I anticipated 」

「I arrived at 8pm to find out there was a problem with my room's door lock and the door wouldn't close. I was ready to start trawling hotels for a last minute room but the lovely lady who acts as agent for the owner, pointed out to the owner that the main house, which sits in the same plot, was available for a couple of days, and so they gave me a large family house for a couple of days. I stay in Waterlooville regularly for business and will definitely stay again. 」

「Fantastic property, clean & very well equiped. Quiet location, a little haven away from the hustle and bustle but within an easy flat walk of the centre of Brighton. The host was proactive with communication & responded swiftly. A top place to stay.」

「Loved the quirky location and it was what I’d hoped. Everything was great. Weather meant we couldn’t use the balcony but it was lovely. Would definitely recommend- all was superb.」

「This flat wins on the front room alone. The huge window and balcony with a sea view is perfect. Facilities within the flat were great, no complaints. Everything was clean and orderly. The bed was very comfy, even for us who both have back issues. The entrance hall does not represent the flat (a little underwhelming) but don’t let that put you off. Highly recommended and will book again! 」
