Quite an expensive yet old room
Arrived well before official checkin time. Room was ready. Although they tried to upsell their newer renovated rooms which were empty. They were nice but it wasn’t a free upgrade. Their initial remark was my booked room requires stairs climbing which I did not find an issue to begin with. The basic room was pretty much the same as the one I stayed in many years ago. Clean but ancient. There were kettle and fridge. Wifi never seemed to work but I never inquired further as I have my mobile data. The pool is quite nice with sundeck overlooking the sea. Did not try their restaurant as I imagine I’d be paying thru my nose on basic dishes. The workdesk chair in the room was lousy; it was slippery and could not stay in one place so I used my laptop on the bed. For transfer to Long Beach, one of their staff offered to bring me for RM20. It’s higher than official rate of RM15 but I just went for it. The resort grounds are appropriately landscaped although not mind-blowing. Overall it was an OK stay given the location and outdoor facilities. The older rooms could stand to be cheaper if they are interested to fill them in. The less said about the renovated room and their rates, the better.

Séjour décevant.
Hotel bien situé sur l'île avec des extérieurs très jolis. Mais accueil catastrophique et malhonnête: alors que l'hotel est vide à 90% en ce début de saison, on nous propose le bungalow le plus mal situé et dans un mauvais état, dans le but de nous vendre un surclassement par la suite. Nous prendrons le 4eme présenté mais avec un ménage express, celui-ci étant très sale... Hotel à déconseiller surtout pour le prix assez cher, il y a surement mieux sur l'île.

Le personnel est très adorable et accueillant. La plage est merveilleuse. La nourriture est bonne. La chambre que j’ai eu est un peu vieille. Ils ont des chambres plus luxueuses mais plus dispendieuse. Pour nous, ceci nous convenait puisqu’on passait peu de temps dans la chambre.

Cozy and beautiful resort
Very nice resort and close to a real nice beach. I liked the different types of bungalows they had and would have liked to try out the other ones one day. Good service good food. The bad side. No wifi. Only if you're close to the reception. And the tv didn't work in my room. Even if you don't really visit perhentian islands for the wifi and TV, there still could be good if those things work

Mitten im Dschungel gelegen, außer ein paar Tierrufen war es sehr ruhig. Direkt am Strand, gutes Restaurant, kein WLAN in der eigenen Hütte, dafür am Restaurant. In der Hütte waren ein paar Vorrichtungen zum Handtücher und Wäsche aufhängen kaputt, dafür hatte man einen kleinen Wäscheständer.

Très bon emplacement sur une belle plage, restaurant très bien. Chambre très sombre, bruit du générateur électrique à proximité et bruit sur le petit balcon, climatisation fonctionnant mal, pas de télévision. Prix très élevé pour la chambre médiocre que nous avions, dommage

Booked a standard room with air conditioning, which was ok. Tired but clean. Could have booked a more expensive room with beach view, but I didn't and I'm not sure what those rooms were like. Nice beach 5 minute walk away. Good snorkelling from the beach. Meals were good. Had an excellent massage while I was there.

Beautiful location and v friendly helpful staff. We were in one of the oldest hill top rooms which was great and full of charm but very old and in need of repairs. The newer rooms looked very good.

amazing hotel, we planned to stay only two night but ended up extending it to two nights. We prefer to stay at this place than going to Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is great, with an amazing coral right in front of it

Ottima posizione con tanti ristoranti vicini. Abbiamo fatto un upgrade della camera pagando la differenza, perché non era piaciuti la nostra. Abbiamo preso una Garden View a 75 Euro a notte, non è poco, pero era molto carina e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. L'hotel è emerso nel verde e nel pomeriggio le scimmie e scoiattoli venivano a fare una visita. Molto emozionante. Loro non sono invadente. Abbiamo fatto la colazione a buffet a circa 6 Euro, pagando come extra, perché non era incluso. Molto buona la colazione. La spiaggia è carina, ma abbiamo frequentato quella del PIR, perché era più bella e pulita.

Vacances au paradis.
Si vous aimez les escaliers, vous êtes servis. Heureusement il y a des chambres au rez de chaussée mais le prix par contre grimpent . Dans l'ensemble, l'hotel est bien situé sur une pointe avec des belles plages avec une bonne carte de restaurant.

Incredibly poor service!!!
Our check in service was non existent. We were told to wait and handed a key- no information was given to us. When you stay at the hotel next door (PIR) they give you lots of information about the beautiful island and their facilities. Our room was basic, not very clean and was not cleaned for the first 2 days despite us asking at Reception. Worst of all, the service was terrible. Staff don’t really care whether you enjoy your stay or not. Save yourself the hassle and stay at PIR!!!

Book only rooms higher category
Good location with access to two beachs. We had a basic air con standard room, with very poor facilities and old interior. Rooms higher category after renovation are very nice and clean. Mini markt in the hotel, resturant, souvenir shop and iron room. Swimming pool under constraction.

Отель у моря
Жили в номере типа Hill-top на первом ярусе , в 30 метрах от пляжа. После заселения выяснилось, что не работает водонагреватель,быстро починили. В основном все понравилось-кондиционер,вентилятор функционировали нормально. Сигнал WiFi ловился даже в номере,правда один из дней не работал вообще.Ресторан в отеле дорогой,ходилили ужинать в соседний отель.

Albero sporco, vecchio e personale terribile
L’albero è posto si sulla spiaggia, ma come tutti lí dal resto. La nostra camera era sulla collina, bisognava fare delle scale per arrivarci. Una volta aperta la porta volevamo tornare a casa: formiche ovunque, letto sporchi (macchie dall’aspetto ambiguo e peli sparsi), lavandino rotto che se per sbaglio ti lavavi le mani, poi dovevi prendere la barca. Camera vecchissima.Ovviamente senza wifi perché ci si connette solo dalla reception o dalle stanze lì vicino e la connessione va anche male. Sconsigliatissimo.

Veraltete Zimmer in unmöglichen Zustand
Die Zimmet müssen dringend renoviert werden, Bettlaken haben Löcher und sind schmutzig, Badezimmer ist unzumutbar, die Anlage ist dreckig, überall stehen kaputte Möbel rum, Strandstühle sind kaputt.

Un endroit de rêve.
Dans un tel cadre qui fait rêver on ne vient pas pour dormir au Hilton. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la chambre même si elles mériteraient une bonne rénovation. On dispose d'une véranda + une terrasse. Le personnel à l'accueil parle mal l'anglais, ce qui provoque quelques dialogues de sourds. Éviter de traîner à l'arrière des bungalows, la propreté n'est pas la priorité @ Tout proche de l hôtel on mange non et copieux au Chalet de la Mama.

每天下午兩點到三點都會停電，參加十二點多的深潛回來後無法馬上清洗，餐廳蒼蠅蚊子超多雖然餐點還行，WIFI在房間平時都很差連不上線，晚上10點到早上8點還停用無訊號，附近沙灘還不錯，在潛水中心前三天還行但最後兩天FUN DIVE只剩我一位，無法船潛只能岸潛，水下生物不多珊瑚也白化，如果是住山景房或標準房可看到成群的猴子!

ESTAFA ABSOLUTA. SUCIO. MALOLIENTE Y DESCUIDADO. Carísimo para lo que es. (Nuestra habitación era una deluxe) En las sábanas había mosquitos muertos. No dábamos credito cuando llegamos. Pedimos que nos cambiasen de habitación y nos encontramos lo siguiente:  SABANAS que parecía que no las habían cambiado, estaban sucias.  BAÑO LAMENTABLE la puerta corredera rota, lleno de hormigas por todo (pared, lavabo... incluso en el vater). Encontramos hasta una salamandra, vamos una auténtica fauna en la habitación. La cadena del vater rota. AGUA FRIA, una cosa es que haga calor y otra que ni si quiera funcione el calentador.  Ni siquiera nos dejaron toallas en el baño.  La ELECTRICIDAD iba y venía.  Olor increible a HUMEDAD en TODAS las habitaciones porque no era cosa de la primera habitación sino que en la segunda que nos dieron era exactamente igual.  El parqué estaba levantado y había carcoma por toda la madera. Veníamos de la selva, de estar en una guesthouse en Taman negara y le daba mil vueltas. Es el peor sitio en el que hemos estado. Si queréis unas verdaderas vacaciones en estas islas maravillosas no reservéis aquí. De lo contrario veréis como unas vacaciones de ensueño se pueden convertir en una auténtica pesadilla.

Nice hotel near the best beach on the island
Coral View hotel is located on a nice stretch of beach opposite the village. Front chalets are very close to water, which is crystal clear here. Others are inside a beautiful garden with a waterfall, beautiful trees and sculptures or uphill. I first stayed in the most remote chalet. I had to walk for few minutes to get there, but got more exposure to different animals, like monkeys, squirrels, and water monitors. The rooms need renovation, as there are stains everywhere, the shower wasn't working etc, but I didn't come there to stay in the room. Staff is friendly, prices in the restaurant are reasonable, and there is a nice terrace where you can have a candle light dinner right above the beach.

Nice place definitely worth staying
Coral view has different types of rooms one can choose from. The restaurant is generally 3.5 of 5. Staff is friendly and helping. Dive center is very professional, highly recommend! The only disadvantage was stealing part of my diving gear from the balcony in the morning. Seemed like hotel personnel weren't too surprised when I told them about it. Be careful!

Sehr schlechter Zustand, das uns zuerst angebotene Zimmer mussten wir sofort verlassen. Die Anlage hat die besten Jahren definitiv hinter sich, je weiter hinter die Zimmer liegen umso schlechter wird der Zustand. Lediglich die Lage war gut.

Das Resort liegt nahe einem wunderbaren Strand (Turtle Beach) Die Standard-Zimmer sind groß und von der Ausstattung gut. Allerdings sind die Möbel sowie die gesamten Räumlichkeiten sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist trotzdem angemessen und im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften auf den Perhantien-Islands völlig in Ordnung. (Allgemein etwas teurer, wenn man ein wenig “Komfort“ z.B. ein gefließtes Bad oder 24h Stromverfügbarkeit möchte) Wir würden wieder kommen.

A Hotel with
Pros: Location: The hotels looks lovely from outside and exudes semblance of style and quality. It is also in a nice corner location with sea beach in multiple sides. You can walk to the Turtle point and snorkle. Rooms: Average, beds could have been more comfortable: Cons: Wifi: Internet never could connect. The staff revealed the hotel does not have any effective wi-fi. Food: Avoid signing up for full board. There are four restaurants in this stretch of long beach all are crowded in lunch/dinner times except this one. Venture out to Mama's or Bharat's next door.
