    The home offers a serene retreat with a stunning river view, complete with a convenient grilling area and fire pit for evenings under the stars. An all-season retreat, the river is a short walk away, whether for a beautful Summer getaway, Summer Fishing, Fall Salmon Run, Winter Steelhead, Ice fishing and direct Ride In Ride Out access to the S52A trail for Snowmobiling adventures in Winter.

    Newly renovated in 2023, the home is the original cottage structure with all the essential modern touches. The Firepit and BBQ area outback make for a wonderful outdoor evening in a large yard bordering the river. At the right time of year, you can spot dozens of fisherman on the bridge right out of the window.
