「Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!」

「The location is fine as it is 15mins walk to Legoland. The path however, is unsafe and next to bushes. Ended up full of mosquitos bites. Accomodation wise, the place has a pest control issue- lots of ants and saw a few cockroaches too. The towels and bedding are substandard. Definitely not a high end place, at most this is a 1 to 2 star place. 」

「The room suitable for single or couple only. Its not suitable for family.」

「The room screen(mold and dirt) is not clean and smell. The room floor is not clean, the sofa is not clean, the bed spread is not clean, the bathroom floor is not clean. The room is spacious but not clean.」

「Well, we tried to get in contact but never got a reply. We had made a booking error and booked for the wrong year (yes, our fault), but any communication just got ignored. We thus never made it there.」

「We arrived and asked what our unit number and the password were but we had no idea because the property never sent us an email which they were supposed to beforehand. It took 30-40 min to figure out when we were very tired from the trip & Legoland. They never apologized.」

「We chatted with the company for many hours before we arrived. In spite of that the apartment was not cleaned when we came. It took 1 hour from contacting the owner until a team came to clean. The toilet was broken even after they were supposed to fix it. At times we could not flush. On the bright side the apartment was nicely decorated and the 2 ladies that finally came to clean was friendly and cleaned well. 」

「Expedia response is not accurate. When message property they do not response. No proactive action of them informing on the check in procedure. Only when I whatapps using the contact number stated in Expedia, that number is for Penang. Only then they direct me to their Johor number. The unit I stayed in, toilet stinks, probably due to drainage issues.」
