Villa Nata in Pula - Haus für 8-10 Personen

House for 8-10 persons: Approx. 250 m2 over two floors, modern and comfortably furnished. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with air conditioning and a pull-out couch (160 x 200 cm), a game room with a couch and PlayStation, a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, and a separate WC. From the living area, there is direct access to the terrace by the pool. The first floor has two bedrooms with air conditioning and double beds, a bedroom with air conditioning and two single beds, and three bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms has its own balcony.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Super tolles und sauberes Haus

Das Haus ist einfach toll. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight. Vor allem für unseren Sohn. Unser Hund war auch willkommen und hat sich ebenfalls wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Auch das Grillen war kein Problem. Der Check-In war echt super und die Vermieter waren super nett und haben immer mal wieder per WhatsApp gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein Bäcker ist ca 150m von der Unterkunft entfernt.Das einzige was uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat, war die Lage. Man konnte nicht mal eben etwas einkaufen oder essen gehen. Dazu benötigt man immer das Auto. Auch bis zum Strand sind es ca 1,5km zu Fuß. Wir sind die Strecke immer gelaufen aber wenn es super heiß ist, macht der Spaziergang keinen Spaß.
