The stunning Istrian villa rental has a residential area of 500 square meters and lays on a private plot of 3.700 sqm. It is completely enclosed and surrounded by lush greenery. Thus, it offers you absolute privacy. The distance to the beach is only 1 kilometer and the vivid center of Pula city is only 3 kilometers away.
Luxury Villa Artemis with Heated Pool in Pula features 4 bedrooms with king-size beds and private bathrooms. Thus, it can perfectly accommodate groups of 8 people at once, whether families or groups of friends. Furthermore, the lavish 2-story size living room is airy and bright. It has a fireplace and it opens up into the large outdoor terrace. Next to the living room, you will find a large fully equipped kitchen and formal dining area.
On the second floor, you will find also a sauna and a billiard room that opens to the terrace with lazy beanbags. The roof terrace features an outdoor jacuzzi where you can enjoy the power of the water,
The large swimming pool ( 60sqm) has an infinity edge and comes with a heating option. So, here you can enjoy swimming also in the swing season, not only in the summer months.
The detached summer kitchen is equipped with a wood-burning barbecue and a dining area. Moreover, here you will find fitness equipment.
Further, the luxury Villa Artemis offers a wine cellar with another fireplace and dining area.
All indoor rooms are air-conditioned. Home cinema, surround sound system and Smart TV are available. Next, the Play Station console and table tennis are available.

Perfect, New, Modern, and Great Location

After looking for months for a house at the Algarve, we found the perfect place. This house had everything we needed from a well appointed kitchen to a luxurious pool. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and adorned with beautiful linens and bedding. The house was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. The location was quiet and not secluded. The beach, Restaurants, Grocery stores and much more are only minutes away from the house. Alen was always helpful with all information's. If we needed anything, he was a phone call away and always responsive. Would love to come back here. Great for families. Thanks for a wonderful stay !!!
