「サービスがとてもよかったです。特に次の大理に移動するのにホテルのタクシーをチャーターしたのですが、目的地で降りるときうっかり息子のバッグを取り忘れてしまったのです。二日後に気付いて、ホテルに電話しても「見当たらない」との返答でしたが、マネージャーのメルアドにメールしたら、念入りに調べてくださり、とうとう息子のバッグを探してくれました。ホテルならではの丁寧な対応に感動しました。」

「シャワー室の扉が半分なので、シャワーを浴びる時、洗面所にシャワーの水が飛び出してしまう。 安心してシャワーが使えない。」

「This place was so cute! A little inn tucked away at the eve of the Lijiang Ancient town. So well maintained by a family I think, and the complementary breakfast was so quaint and prepared by the managers mother I think. To get here you have to climb some steep olden times stairs, so if you do need help the staff are incredibly helpful here. The external doors are locked late but worth asking when as we had a wedding and had to wake the manager to let us in - we felt very sheepish after that!」

「四方街、大通りの民主路へ徒歩7〜8分程度でアクセス出来る。獅子山の中腹にあり坂の登り降りは伴うものの喧騒から離れ静かな滞在に適している。部屋から眺望は望めないものの清潔で、中国では珍しくウォシュレットがある。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで玉龍雪山で早朝出発する朝は朝食ボックスを用意してくれた。朝食は8時〜10時半だが内容は改善の余地ありかも。」

「This hotel in my mind is average. Cleaness is average but definetly not as in the photos (the photos were possibly took when the rooms are new renovation). Fresh air? Don't expect fresh air, as many hotel guests or people nearby are smoking. Since this hotel is not entirely smoke-free, you'll have to settle for air tinged with the smell of cigarettes.
