15 floor apartment facing the sea, have every possible amenity (TV- DVD- washing machine- dishwasher- microwave, coffee ....), including WIFI (free) and private garage. Urbanization has tennis courts, paddle tennis, kindergarten and swimming pool in the summer months (15/06 to 15/09), bar - restaurant open all year. We located in the municipality of El Puig, Valencia are 15mins and 35mins drive by bus. Ideal for lovers of tranquility and comfort.

Todo fue mejor de lo esperado.

Alojamiento muy recomendable. Tanto el apartamento como el propietario superaron las expectativas. El apartamento muy grande y muy bien equipado y Javier, el propietario, súper atento. Se lo recomiendo a todo tipo de familias. Las instalaciones del complejo son muy completas y si tienes niños se lo pasarán en grande.

Awesome place!!!

We truly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this beautiful, clean and well maintained apartment with a breathtaking view of the entire beach. The property owners are super nice and friendly people. They had filled the entire pantry and fridge with food, snacks and drinks for us prior to our arrival. They are also bilingual which is helpful for non-Spanish speaking guests. We hope to stay here again in future and would highly recommend it to others.
