"This apartment was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The owners were very responsive when we reached out to them with questions. It was near an Aldi and two Mercadonas, as well as two bus stops and about a 7 minute walk to the tram station. My only negative was the hot water heater was not working well, even first thing in the morning, or it may just be set to only allow hot water use for a few minutes at time then needs significant time to reheat. They did...

"Overall this property is set up to look good on instagram but the furniture is not comfortable for any sitting. The kitchen table had 4 chairs in which 2 were broken. The pull out sofa is small and uncomfortable to sit on. The bed had one body pillow for two people to share. They only give you two rolls of toilet paper no matter how long you are staying. The instructions to finding the place and getting in do not match the Google map address. The WiFi networks and address they gave us was wrong....

"Truly enjoyed our stay in this clean, quiet rental. The linens were luxurious, great location near the beach and metro with grocery stores and bakeries nearby. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here the next time we visit Valencia."
