「The service from the staff was exceptional and really was the highlight of the trip. Elvis and Felix spoke English and really helped us navigate the city, arrange rides and make plans.
The location is beautiful and very relaxing, though the distance from the city made it a bit challenging to get food.
The provided breakfast was excellent and the restaurant on site was also really good (but a bit pricey).」

「Was here for two nights after four nights up in Wulingyuan, very friendly staff, spoke enough English to provide guidance and suggestions.
They helped me with my Tianmen Mt. itinerary, path suggestion, and transportation.
Room is very cozy and neat, provides toothbrush, comb, shower cap, body wash and shampoo where many places in China don't supply.
I just wish the room can be warmer during the winter.」

Additionally, smoking seems to be allowed throughout the property, and there was a strong smell of tobacco in the room.
