Condo Montaña is a great option for travelers looking for a comfortable and stylish vacation in Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone / Downtown. Being close to Olas Altas beach and having easy access to a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops can certainly provide visitors with plenty of options for things to do and see.

This condo is fully furnished with modern Mexican touches of color and artwork to create a unique and memorable experience for our guests.
The space
- Bedroom:

Equipped with ultra soft king size mattress, air conditioning, ceiling fan, a safe, ample closet space for clothes/luggage and extra bedding for comfort. Room has a boutique design with Mexican handmade design elements.

- Bathrooms:

1 Full bathroom and 1 half bathroom complete with marble countertops, rainfall shower, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, body/facial towels and blow dryer.

- Kitchen:

Modern with stone counters, wood cabinetry and stainless steel kitchen appliances. Includes dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and all the cookware you could need.

- Living Area:

Equipped with cozy, spacious couch and armchair, Smart TV and high speed WiFi.

- Balcony:

Balcony with sliding glass doors and chairs to sit and enjoy the best view of Puerto Vallarta.
Guest access
Guests have access to all common areas within the building including pool, jacuzzi, spa and gym.


Visitors:

If a guest wishes to invite friends to the condo, they are required to purchase a "$15 USD Day Pass" for each individual, which includes access to amenities like the pool & a towel, jacuzzi and gym. This helps ensure that only authorized individuals are on the property, which can enhance security and safety for everyone. The Day Pass expires at 7pm on the day it is purchased for.

If a visitor wishes to spend the night, they are required to pay a “$35 USD” fee per person per night, which covers additional bedding and linens. This helps ensure that the guest-to-room ratio remains at a safe and comfortable level, and that the property is not overcrowded.
Other things to note
1 - The towels provided by the Condo are only intended for use within the condo and at the pool. If you plan on visiting the beach or taking part in any other outdoor activities, it's a good idea to bring your own towels.

2 - There are two entrances to the condo, one that you can reach by driving and one that you can reach by walking.

3 - If you plan on walking into town from the Condo, you will need to climb about 50 steps. While this may be a bit challenging for some individuals, it can also be a good way to get some exercise and enjoy the beautiful views of the city. However, if you have any mobility issues or concerns, it's important to take this into account and plan accordingly. There are also alternative transportation options such as taxis or Uber that can help you avoid the stairs if necessary.
