This is a lovely unit with a very modest, yet sufficient set up. It is very close to the beach and in the commercial area for San Pancho. It is attached to a gallery where there is someone on-duty / working during the day. Came during the hot season but was able to rest well at night with the AC on.

Increíble lugar para descansar. Nos encantó la estancia, el lugar limpio y bonito; las propietarias siempre atentas a lo que necesitas, además de ser excelentes personas. Cerca de la playa. Inmejorable lugar! ¡Volveremos pronto!

Excelente estadía

El lugar está muy limpio y super bien ubicado, tan solo unos pasos a la playa y en la calle principal donde están todos los restaurantes, boutiques y tiendas. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasarla muy bien y hasta cocinar. La anfitriona y su ayudante son excelentes personas. Muy amables y hay excelente comunicación.

I liked the property a lot. It was clean and the hosts were really kind communicative and patient. There was loud music playing nearby at night and although it didn’t bother me, it maybe helpful info. At the time I booked this Expedia doesn’t mention the property takes cash only. So heads up to have enough cash as the local atms can be out of money and/ or have limits and there is no bank in town.

Great location at the end of the main street right next to the beach. You can hear the waves crashing at night if you listen. Birds singing in the morning. Comfortable room with a great shower. Friendly staff. Great dining options close by very walkable. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

this property is super unique and was like staying in your own jungle bungalow. beautiful construction, minimal style, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. quiet and private. you can’t get any closer to the beach in san pancho unless you book a room overlooking the beach - location was perfect. host was very communicative. we would definitely stay here again!

this is an amazing place to stay. beach area is barely 70metres far. room has a very well equipped kitchen area. spotless clean wise. my wife and I had the best of experience having a nice french-pressed cup of coffee every morning. staff is friendly and attentive.

El mejor lugar para hospedarte en San Pancho

Increíble el lugar, a unos metros de la playa. Muy cómodo y la atención de Carolina es buenísima, sin duda regreso. El patio de la habitación con plantitas es hermoso. Además de la amabilidad y limpieza de 10, el lugar está muy bonito.

What a beautiful oasis. It was like staying in an art gallery in the jungle but you are actually right we're all the action is. Literal steps to a beautiful beach.

We'll be back !

Excellent! I can only speak for the room i stayed in as there are 2 more rooms. My trip was with my wife of many years and so this is from a couples point of view. As a New Yorker where customer service is top priority, this place checked all the boxes. The staff was professional and courteous, room was clean, alot of space and the location was great. You take less then 2 mins to the beach and less then 1 min to bars and restaurants. My wife did mention the sounds in the morning from the birds chirping that may be a bit much but that was only for 20 mins and then it was back to normal. Overall our stay was outstanding.

Steps away from the beach and such a charming suite! You walk thru the art gallery and a green jungle like corridor to get to your room. Just perfect!

We had a great stay in San Pancho! Accommodations were simple & perfect. Host very nice. No outside view/window but right off the beach & main street…everything within walking distance. Quiet at night. Would stay here again.
