Qué están justo en la orilla de la playa, que si bien no está preciosa, está cómodo que esté junto a la playa, la ubicación dentro de la ciudad es muy buena porque está sobre la avenida costera, con la facilidad de poder ir y venir a diferentes lugares, sin inconveniente, y con todos los servicios que Puerto Vallarta te ofrece. En ocasiones dejan los carritos de Servicio, regados por todo el Hotel y principalmente obstruyendo los pasillos, pero eso es menor en relación a todo lo que le ofrece el Hotel

El hotel es cumplidor, nada de lujo pero todo en buenas condiciones y cómodas, limpio, el personal amable en general menos el chico de los snacks. La comida está rica, cierran la salida a la playa por las noches y hay show que es divertido.

The money I paid was a little bit less than I paid last month at the Pacific riu that place was amazing almost the same price as you guys but not even close to the experience I had over there. The food was the same food every day. Let’s just say the buffet was just pancakes for my kids every morning and scrambled eggs for me Chiquis the same ones on the menu all day drinks only two tap drinks. All the soda machines were broken like I said for the price was not worth it at all. I’ve seen better places where I could’ve paid half of what I paid there. I’ve been better off for my kids.

Clean hotel, but the food and drinks were not acceptable. The alcohol selection was poor (even no tequila) some cheat alcohol that had just imagen everything tasted like water even the beer if you know about alcohol or beer tasting you would understand what I’m talking about. Me personally don’t drink but once in a while I like to drink a and the pool had missing tiles with sharp edges—unsafe for kids. We only saw a live guard once during our 4 days, even with children using the pool. They close everything by 10 o clock nothing fun to do at this hotel they have a cheat show that’s not even worth watch at 9:30 pm just overall is was terrible For the price, it wasn’t worth it, and we won’t be returning

We booked a two-bedroom suite expecting comfort and basic amenities, but this stay missed the mark in several ways. For starters, there was no refrigerator or any appliances at all. It’s hard to understand how a suite doesn’t include at least a mini fridge or even a blow dryer—those feel like standard essentials. The furniture was noticeably outdated, which didn’t match the expectations set by the photos online. The pools are small, the pictures make the pool look much bigger than it actually is. During our stay, one of the ceiling fans stopped working. Maintenance came and removed it but never replaced it, leaving us without proper airflow. Luckily there was AC in the rooms. The buffet food was just okay—nothing memorable and definitely lacking flavor. So we ended up spending most of our time (and money) eating at nearby restaurants just to get better quality meals. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and polite throughout our stay, which we appreciated. However, based on the overall experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

La habitación muy vieja, insegura y sucia. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la puerta del balcón insegura, la entrada a nuestra habitación estaba junto a un estacionamiento muy oscuro. Muchísimo ruido, todo mal. Tuvimos que cambiar de hotel.

Cuando recibimos la habitación tenía cabellos en el piso, no estaba barrida, el personal del hotel no es nada profesional con su trabajo, son muy groseros y muy lentos la mayoría, el bar está terrible, hay 2 y cada uno con 1 persona atendiendo, tienes que hacer una fila muy larga para que solo te den 2 vasos pequeños porque no te llenan tu termo si es que llevas, solamente 2 vasos y si quieres más tienes que volver a formarte, deberían de llenar termos propios porque es muy incómodo estar haciendo fila cada rato y tener que ir hasta donde esa el bar
