2,400 sq. ft. Seventh floor condo right on the Pacific Ocean, facing west and the sunset. All amenities with separate temp control in all rooms with fully stocked kitchen. Bigscreen smart TV with Netflix. Double walkout to balcony, including master bedroom. Laundry room right next to kitchen. Gated community with our own two level shopping plaza. Ten minutes from PVR Airport. Twenty minutes from Downtown Puerto Vallarta. Two adult pools and large kiddie pool. Private beach. Right across the street from a beautiful Casino and 24 emergency care and Hospital. Walk to several restaurants and shops. All beach activities available such as jet ski rentals, sailing and parasailing. views of the ocean and out the front door, views of the mountains and jungle.
