Great value for money, hotel staff was outstanding. Room was clean, shower had great pressure and hot/cold water. Aircon worked great and the location was walkable to SM mall for food with a department store at ground level for anything you may need.

The hotel was very nice, the staff were very nice and super helpful. My only complaint was the restaurant. No matter what time I called none of the menu items were available. Other than that a great hotel.

The room was an amazing place to stay in, everything was clean and the bathroom was just as depicted thru Expedia. What really blew me away was that I unfortunately had gotten sick the last 2 days of our stay and I had booked a couple tour for the underground river. They weren’t able to refund me the money; understandable. But, they were able to have it used for the massages they offer instead and we were able to pick any of the ones provided. Instead of outright taking the money entirely, they found a solution to where both parties would be happy. Also, their breakfast provided, is amazing well! Highly recommend booking here if you are planning a trip to Puerto Princesa!

The hotel is right across the street from the very busy old market. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room not facing the street. It's close to Baywalk Park which has a variety of restaurants at night, which is nice. Rooms are spacious, but you may have to ask a few time to get an entire set of towels and extra toilet paper. Breakfast is included and is decent. Hotel restaurant is ok for dinner also and is very inexpensive.

The hotel was fine, with just a few minor issues; there were cockroaches in the room. The hotel smelled a little unpleasant, being across from a market that's always noisy, but otherwise the staff was very friendly. The hotel looked clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious, the employees were always very attentive and friendly, and we spent most of our time outside the hotel. We were only there to sleep, so the minor issues didn't bother us much.

Airport shuttle is available for a fee for a hassle free transport. The staff are very helpful.The room is clean but they put air freshener that is not good for people who are sensitive to some smell. Few choices for breakfast, wish they serve more fresh fruits
