The hotel inside and out is very nice. The room we had was nice and clean. The bathroom does need some work. The layout of the shower was terrible because anytime you showered water was everywhere on the floor and your towel mat ends up getting soaked every time. Also the bathroom door would keep banging into the bathroom counter causing a loud noise, also in some parts of the shower there was mold. So updating is needed. Staff is friendly and attentive. Overall I would give this hotel a 7 out of 10

I highly recommend Best Western Plus The Ivy Wall to travelers. The hotel location is five minutes away from the airport, mall and restaurants. They have a shuttle bus to bring you to and from the airport, just email them of your arrival date. The staff are great especially Robert at the reception, he makes sure that we are taken cared off. The room, amenities are clean. Will see you again Best western The Ivy wall.

Being from the US, there are Best Westerns from coast to coast. This property was the best BW we have perhaps ever stayed at. Very clean, Well stained staff and they saw to it that we had excellent service and comfort. The buffet breakfast was impressive and again, the staff made it as great as possible. Free shuttle service to the airport was a benefit and plenty of dinning within walking distance when we wanted to go off property to eat. The security was great but we felt safe in this neighborhood as is. I would recommend this property for those looking to stay in Puerto Princesa.

Although we only spent 2 nights here, we enjoyed every bit of our stay here! The staff took care of us, especially Robert! What a great guy! I also liked the location of the hotel. It was close to everything! Lastly, the breakfast was great as well. I appreciate that they had just enough western dishes for a change but really focused on the Filipino cuisine. We will definitely be staying here if we come back to Puerto Princesa!

One of the best, if not the best breakfast buffet we have ever had in all the hotels we’ve been around the world! The rooms are clean and staff are very polite and welcoming. There is also a tour reception desk which made booking tours so convenient. Definitely recommend 10/10.
