We are so glad you found us at RockyPointRentals and hope to soon welcome you to one of our homes in Puerto Peñasco/Rocky Point, Mexico!
Our goal was to create comfortable and equipped spaces that can be enjoyed by friends, families, and those looking to immerse in the relaxing vibe of Rocky Point. Perfect for longer stays, weekend getaways, families, couples, and cool adventures! We want you to have a great experience and make our homes, your home, when in Rocky Point.
When you arrive in Rocky Point you will find our central location puts you a quick drive, to all Rocky Point has to offer. Coffee Point Cafe is just a couple of blocks away for an easy walk or for a yummy breakfast head over to Candy Cake. Just a 10-minute drive to Hermosa Beach and 13 minutes to the Malecon. A block and a half off Highway 8 about 4 minutes south of Sam’s Club.
Our 6 homes are all nestled together in a row. Each 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, comes thoughtfully equipped for you to begin your vacation upon arrival. Each room has a queen bed and its own A/C unit. The primary bedroom has a desk with a chair, Smart TV, and an attached bathroom. The living room has a Smart TV and its own A/C unit. We also have a washer and dryer in each home.
Our guests have full private access to the reserved house. Each house includes a large driveway, private patio, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry area.
Once inside you will enjoy a relaxing palette to have your vacation vibe humming. The fresh, clean, open floor plan is cozy but spacious enough for 6 to enjoy. 900 sqft.
The Kitchen and Dining room are calling for you to pick up some fresh seafood and enjoy special times with loved ones around this equipped and functional space.
Enjoy the front patio with a table and chairs and a gas grill.
The large driveway has a lockable gate and can accommodate up to 3 mid-size cars or bring your truck and toy hauler.
Knowing that vacations can be hard to come by sometimes, we want you to be comfortable. We give our guests space to enjoy but if something is amiss, please just message your host and we can come running!

We allow dogs. Please know there is an additional cleaning fee of $50usd that will be collected after booking.

All homes are non-smoking inside the home. Smoking is allowed on balconies and patios.
No loud music, Parties or Events. Our homes are designed to provide a peaceful place to relax with Strict Quiet Hours of 11:00pm to 8:00am. We are exceedingly kind and respectful and we expect the same from our guests. Please respect other guests by not disturbing the peace. We reserve the right to request guests, to vacate the property whenever not respecting any article of the house’s internal policies or behaving inappropriately.
Only guests registered in advance of arrival are allowed on property.
Loss and Damage Items: Guests are responsible for any loss or damages to our property and will be charged accordingly. Please notify us immediately of any incident and we will make all efforts to clean/fix items without charge. If it is irreparable, we cannot carry the financial burden for actual losses.
