First, I don't want to come on here looking to bash or seek certain attention for this review. Frankly, I don't bother leaving review, but this situation has almost morally made me responsible to tell about my experience. We reserved this place a full 24 hours in advance. The resort itself is nice. I have been going to Rocky Point since I was six, and I am now 24. I have been at almost every resort, even the resort we reserved at this location. When we first arrive at around 8:30 PM, the full room was left in a mess. I recently graduated from the University of Miami, and it was giving vivid flashbacks to living in a fraternity house. Weird black stains on the floor, brown water in the toilet, all beds not made (looked like someone just slept in it), clothes by the washer, food particles all over the table and under as well. We reached out to the owner of the location asking for help and explanation. He said he would contact the cleaning people and that they would come to location to clean it in a "jiffy", yet we knew this mess was going to take more than just "few minutes". We asked for possibly a refund as we needed the funds to get a new place. We explained we had a 90+ year old with us and needed to lay him somewhere. He denied the refund so we were forced to wait. The cleaning people didn't come for 15 minutes - then 30 minutes - by 45 minutes I called the owner again. Nothing changed. Eventually we left for Palomas. Highly recommend to stay over there instead.
