"This has been the worst trip I have ever booked with Expedia. The Royalton Splash messed up our check in. A few weeks before the trip, we used the link they sent to us to logged into their site and reserved an upgraded room that specifically said had 2 queens. When we arrived they wanted us to still pay for the room up charge even though all they could give us was a room with a king bed for our party of 4. They said they can never guarantee a king or 2 queen beds. They why did they send us a link to do just that? Who wants to stay at a hotel where there is a chance there aren’t enough beds to accommodate the people on your trip? The Food was horrible at all the restaurants except the steak house. We realized they never gave us our room credits, so asked them about it today. They said they were sorry they didn’t give it to us at check in but it was now too late to get them because we check out today. I recommended this place to friends and now regret it."
