Es un hotel promedio, con posibilidades de vistas al lago y personal simpático. El desayuno es básico y las habitaciones también. Visitar este hotel sin vehículo no es la mejor idea, a pesar de que hay suficiente posibilidad de taxis (no se puede contar con transporte público!). OJO: No existe AC ni ventiladores en las habitaciones, en los días de verano esto es un inconveniente.

Pas de wifi dans la chambre, seulement dans les aires communes. Il y avait des spas mais ils n’étaient pas chauffés. La douche est tres tres petite et pratiquement impossible d’ajuster la temperature, soit glacée, soit brulante. Personnel pas vraiment souriant, surtout au buffet déjeuner et les femmes de chambre. Pour le prix, tres décevant.

Fue una estadía corta Aprox. 19:00 hrs. a 11:00 hrs. del día siguiente, todo bien, excelente desayuno, buenas camas. La pieza la encontré chica para 3 personas. Al momento de hacer la reserva de una habitación con 3 camas separadas, opté a esa hotel, ya que en la fotografías del hotel se veía una foto con 3 camas bien bonitas. Al llegar a la habitación era una cama individual y una cama king, hice el comentario en la recepción, no en tono de reclamo, pero no era lo que habíamos pedido. Lo que no me gusto fue que la habitación estaba pasada a humedad.

Una buena experiencia, muy buena atención, muy linda vista, el personal de servicio muy amable y la limpieza excelente. Los detalles negativos: La ducha muy pequeño el espacio y no tiene muy buena aislación de ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas. En general, relación precio calidad, muy bueno.

Muy limpio, todo impecable. Buena disposición del personal, el lugar hermoso. Sólo poca ventilación de la habitación, teníamos que abrir la ventana en la noche, pero nada insostenible. Destacar que el precio al hacer la reserva por la página "Hotels.com" NO incluye impuestos ni cargos, cómo dicen.

Acogedor hotel junto al lago. No está en la misma ciudad por lo que para viajeros que no anden en vehículo no es práctico. El personal de recepción muy agradable. El desayuno es asistido y las sras. a cargo podrían mejorar un poco su amabilidad.

En general es un hotel descuidado y mal estado, falta limpieza. La última noche llegamos a las 23:00 h y las piezas no estaban hechas, ventana abierta y frías. Nos ofrecieron sólo cambiarnos de pieza, no había personal. No ofrecieron nada mas.

Un buen lugar para desconectarse

El hotel se encuentra apartado de la ciudad, por lo que el auto es una necesidad (aplicaciones no cubren pero tour-operadores llegan). El personal de recepción de hotel es muy amable. Sobre todo don Oscar, quien solucionó y coordinó nuestros transportes y paquetes turísticos. El dormitorio es amplio, pero las camas están ya vencidas. Las camas son de 190 centímetros de largo, por lo que las personas altas quedarán con los pies afuera. El baño no tiene aislación acústica del piso superior, por lo que se escucha cuando el huésped de arriba usa el alcantarillado. El receptáculo de baño es pequeño y tiene una barra de seguridad apernada, lo que volvía muy incómodo el bañarse. El restaurante ofrece comida de primera calidad, pero el servicio es lento. Sin embargo, el personal del resturante es muy amable. El bar del hotel es cómodo y acogedor. El barman Marcelo crea un ambiente que invita a quedarse. La carta es variada y con elementos de la zona, lo que lo vuelve entretenido y fresco. Las tinajas son muy cómodas, al aire libre, pudiendo ver el lago y los árboles. La bajada al lago está bien demarcada y es muy agradable de recorrer, por sus paisajes. Los espacios comunes son cómodos, siempre limpios y ordenados.
