「Excelente estadía, buen servicio y el desayuno/comida del restaurant riquísima. La habitación Pehuen es amplia y la cama super cómoda. Una oportunidad de mejora es que el ruido del área de restaurante y de la habitación de arriba se percibían en la habitación, cada vez que caminaban arriba o rodaban maletas se escuchaba debajo y nos interrumpió un poco el sueño. Luego de eso todo impecable 」

「Beautiful views. Spacious lobby/breakfast area with large windows opens up to large terrace. Rooms a little dated, but comfortable bedding and functional bathroom with shower/tub. Excellent housekeeping. Breakfast was good, but selection limited. Gravel road up to property from highway is steep and a bit challenging. 」

「Interesting concept for an apart hotel - nice building with great facilities. Rooms were also excellent. Perhaps unusual was that breakfast components would be brought to the room the evening before, with fresh bread and pastries delivered following morning after 8:30 am. A bit late and unclear why the hotel could not arrange for a common dining place.」

「Wonderful boutique hotel, we were so pleased and happy to stay here. The staff was wonderful, the property beautiful, there were kayaks and bikes to use. Overall great. Just thought that the restaurant was exceptionally overpriced for dinner, more than the Ritz! However the food was great. Would stay here again. 」

「I stayed in the hotel for 1 night . Everything was great except for 1 thing: the check out time was 10am. Most of the hotels I stay at have an 11am or noon check-out time. We advised the staff that they should consider changing it to 11am at least.」

「The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around.」

「Hotel muito bonito, porém somente quando cheguei fui informada que minha cabana familia não poderia ser utilizada, dividindo assim meu grupo. Geralmente quando isso acontece é oferecido algo melhor mas nos foi oferecido 2 cabanas onde os chuveiros não eram bons, mas enfim foi tudo bom. A piscina poderia estar mais limpa. A jacuzzi sem condições de uso. Café da manhã muito bom.」

「O check-in foi rapido, fomos bem orientados pela equipe da recepção. Porem o quarto era um desastre . O aquecedor do quarto era fraco , mesmo estando na temperatura 30° , e a cidade estava com temperaturas negativas . Os aquecedores do banheiro eram fracos, chao gelado . Ao ligar a hidro sujeiras sairam o que tornou uma coisa nojenta . A mini geladeira comecou a vazar agua dentro do quarto O cafe da manha era composto apenas de 2 tipos de bolo , queijo , medialuna, agua, suco, cafe e iogurte...
