The staff were really welcoming and kind. They let us check in early and made sure we had everything we needed. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again and I hope we get the chance to do so.

Great place, worth its value. Rooms are very comfortable, the hotel is quite modern. The morning breakfast spread is impressive and delicious, too! Near the waterfront and artesian shopping, as well as plenty of restaurant options. The staff has been exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful

Great choice

Excellent breakfast choices. Small covered parking garage is 12000 pesos/ day but safe and easy access. Walls seem thin -- could hear neighbors talking.

Excellent property to stay, close to the beach, and very nice staff. One problem is the nightclub next to the Hotel, music is extremely loud all night. I found out why there were earplugs in the bathroom, had to use them.

Puntos a mejorar es la amabilidad del personal y la calidad de los alimentos. Si mejoran esto la estadía sería mucho más placentera. Un tema de la habitación serían los baños que están muy pequeños pero si esto fuera la única falla se compensaría con un buen servicio.

Comenzando con lo bueno, los cuartos son amplios y están en buen estado, las camas son cómodas y el hotel tiene una ubicación céntrica. Lo malo viene que al menos mi habitación no tenía aire acondicionado y la otra que la regadera es muy pequeña y muy chaparra al punto de que si cerraba los ojos al bañarme tenía miedo de pegarme en la cabeza yo soy alto (mido 1.94) alomejor es algo que no le afecta a todo el mundo pero en mi caso si fue algo molesto. El desayuno es limitado en opciones y no es de buena calidad pero cumple con su propósito de alimentarte y más porque viene incluido en la tarifa. El restaurante ya para cenar de verdad no lo recomiendo, la comida es desabrida y el servicio es lento me dio la impresión que la mesera era la cocinera también porque no veía a nadie más ayudándole. Si fue el caso agradezco la atención de la chica pero si sugiero ir a otras opciones del pueblo ya que hay lugares muy buenos. Finalmente en mi opinión el staff de recepción necesita ser más amable, tienen actitud de oficina de gobierno.

o hotel atendeu as nossas expectativas, quarto extremamente confortável e aconchegante, inclusive com roupões. O recepcionista foi extremamente solicito e nos deu dicas preciosas sobre os principais pontos a serem visitados na cidade. O café da manhã foi excelente com uma variedade de itens para os hospedes.

Perfeito

Melhor hotel que ficamos em nossa viagem. Realmente você é tratado como hóspede. Foram amáveis e o nivel do hotel é doferenciado, assim que cheganos fui recebido com suco de maça verde. A comida do hotel é nota 10 e o café da manhã também.

El hotel está cerca de la costanera, la habitación fue cómoda el servicio de desayuno excelente pero te cobran de forma adicional el garage lo que me resultó incómodo ya que el costo de la habitación por noche no es baja.

街中にありながら海も眺められ、朝食が充実したホテル

・部屋が広く、アメニティーも充実。窓からは町並みの向こうに海が見えました。 ・朝食のバイキングが充実していました。パン、ケーキ、ムースやセリー、飲み物等が豊富で味も良かったです。バイキング担当の方も笑顔でいろいろと気を遣ってくれたので、気持ちいい朝が迎えられました。 ・フロントの方は皆さん英語対応ができ、さまざまな質問に親身になって対応してくれたので困ったことはありませんでした。
