We booked a week before. We couldn't get the full address from the 'management company'. It states unnamed, Paracas, Peru. The address they gave is not a street address. Luckily for us we stay in Paracas every year so kind of knew we re it was located.
The 'management company' seems to do everything through Wahtsapp, as I don't use this, they were 'unable to communicate with me' that's what they said. Even though we booked in Hotels.com and emailed them. I also whatsapp'd the person...

"Perfect home for a few days to relax by the pool. The beach is 3 min. walking distance and we can even hear it from the room on the top floor!
They advertise it as « brand new » but it has to have a year or two. Cleanliness of the floors and the kitchen should be improved but overall a very noce stay with the family. "
