"Gabriel answered our calls promptly and did his best to accommodate us. I shared that the oven top only 3 burners were working properly and he tried to get them repaired. Since we didn't care and the repair man was off island we just left it to do later. We enjoyed the roosters and peacocks and the privacy. It was a short distance to go to Esperanza, which was convenient to the bioluminescent bay. Thank you"

This property is at the top of a good size hill and over the wall of the porch is your stunning view of the nature preserve (vast area) with an ocean view in the distance. You are in close proximity to all the main locations on the island, and in our opinion, the best restaurants on the island. Ron is extremely helpful and accommodating. The deck leading up to the apartment is in need of some repair and strengthening in some areas, but once you make it into the apartment, it is in great conditioned. "Absolutely peaceful and wonderful!!! Great communication. Unfortunately the cafe was not open during our stay but that posed no problem with us. I suggest plan ahead and be stocked on beer or what not. The regular ferry that carries many people was down for repair/inspection, but they utilized a barge. This is not common. The only bad thing to that was they could only transport 5-6 at a time. Our stay was 100 percent awesome !!!"

So if it rains, you're out of luck.
