"Hice uso de tres habitaciones, ninguna tenía servicio de agua caliente, ninguna tenía servicio de WiFi y mucho menos AC o servicio en sus televisores, los muebles y el baño tienen bichos, las cocinas q había en las habitaciones son solo de Adorno, por que no funcionan, y en reception al ir a quejarme, hable con la receptionists en turno, quien me hizo hablar con una mujer q resulto ser la cocinera y finalmente con el velador, pero nunca paso mi queja a el administrator!!! Pero nadie pudo...

"I was mostly impressed at how easily the staff carried my luggage up the stairs. I arrive early and the staff was accommodating. They mad sure of my comfort while i waited for my room to become available. The views from the hotel are fantastic. I did have a meal on the terrace one day and it was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!"

The dinning room is gorgeous and the food is deliciously gourmet cuisine. The prices of food and wine would not dissapoint you at all. The views from are like I said before stunnng.
