"What can I say. This was my first visit to Mexico, and we we're very hesitant on where to stay. Im so glad we booked it with Xcaret. The food was TOP TIER. From buffet food to fine dining, everything was absolutely yummy and well serviced. The staff is amazing and kind and helpful. Not only at the resort, the staff in the parks, tour guides and beyond was wonderful. YOU WILL NOT REGRET booking here. "

"I had an amazing time at Ocean Maya Royale. Staff was so friendly, food was great, rooms and grounds were kept so clean. I want to do a shout out to the experience team, especially the bartender, Miguel he made the best drinks. Alejandro, Mosies, Victor, Kendall, and juan from the experience team made every day at the pool so fun!!! My favorite restaurant was the Japanese. Francisco was the best. Blue Moon was also so good. Have the steak first item in right side of the menu. Buffet was great. A lot of choices. I would highly recommend this resort for a fun, relaxing, entertaining experience"

"Layout of facilities was good...everything around pool. Could have had more food choices...most everything was high-end entrées and snack bar had no real "Mexican" choices."

"We were genuinely impressed! We have been to many resorts and truthfully this was one of our favourites! I have a life threatening allergy to some foods and they were so helpful! The chefs even came out to meet me and they made an allergy card! I was truly grateful! The food was awesome! We also loved snorkelling and renting a golf cart! So fun!!!! The only thing we didn't like is that we paid good money for two rooms of equal value ( the second one for our adult kids). The second room was not nearly as nice as our first one ( even though it cost the same). The door wouldn't lock and it was clearly a lower scale room. We requested a change and they said we would be without a room for most the day ( between 11am and 3) in order to swap, so we settled. Other than that, the resort was amazing!!!"

"The food was great both the buffets and the ala carts were wonderful we tried both rodizio the brazillian bbq which was fantastic and brasserie twice. We enjoyed the food but the service was top notch we got to know our server at brasserie Roger who our kiddos adored and was very accommodating. The resort is big especially if you visit everywhere so there is a bit of walking involved which we didn’t mind but others may want to be aware of (this of course depends on your room location) using the bud is very helpful. Had a blast and it was all wonderful the ground were clean the food was good the staff were top notch I can’t say enough nice things and can’t wait to come back"
