"Beautiful view, well-equipped kitchen, good air conditioning and quiet. You can easily walk to the town by the beach, where you will find restaurants and small stores with some basic options for food (better to do grocery shopping before to arrive if you want more choices). They provide an umbrella for the beach. Some mosquitos around sunset when we were there in July, but not a problem during the rest of the day."

"The unit is clean and modest. The 3/4 fridge kept things very cold, and the kitchen is sufficient for simple cooking. The a/c and wifi were reliable. Location is on the main road and is noisy, but only a 3 minute walk to beach with nearby convenience store and produce store. The bathroom is outside and is buggy at night. We found the price to be reasonable."

"The three of us had a dream of a stay at Casa Xochi. Liz was an impeccable host, the sunset view couldn't be better, and access to the beach was just what we needed after a day of work. The internet was reliable for our Zoom meetings and other work needs, and the place is perfectly situated in pristine San Agustinillo between fun nightlife and restaurants in Mazunte and Zipolite. I couldn't recommend it more. "

"Perched on a steep hill with excellent views of the beach from the king bed and hammocks. The drive in from main road is best done with high clearance vehicle. The host was awesome in helping with our questions. The salt breeze has taken a cosmetic toll on all-things-metal. Resource conservation is encouraged.
