プエブロ・ヌエボ ホテル

「From the moment we arrived the staff greeted us with warm smiles and salutations, and throughout our stay it remained the same. Alan and his wife (the chef), Ariel, Alan’s brother and Andre and Patricia ( another chef) provided us with a rich history of the area and delicious meals. We slept like babies each night in the spacious lodging provided for us. The mountaintop views are breathtaking and taking a dip in the private waterfall was so refreshing! We totally enjoyed our stay!」

「バスルームの扉の建て付けが悪く、夜11時くらいにドアが中から鍵がかかってしまい開かなくなってしまった。フロントスタッフは既にいなかったので警備の人に言ったところ、朝、フロントのスタッフが出社するまで待ってくれと言われた。夜にトイレに行きたくなった時はヴィラの前にあるプールのトイレを使ってと言われた。夜中にトイレに行きたくなり、プールまで行くことになった。よくあることみたいだったので、警備室に鍵くらい置いといて欲しかった。」

「the location was very beautiful with great food. The staff were always on hand and were quick to provide great service when needed. The land itself is a bit difficult to walk around because of so many hills(even going from the rooms to the pools is a hill) but there are several golf carts to help carry people around when required. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from a wonderful cove with a small reef and kayaking. A great vacation overall」

「ロッジはは国道の脇のパーム椰子林の奥にあり、車がないと利用は出来ません。設備は一通り整っているし、従業員の感じもよかったです。朝食の内容もまったく問題ありませんでした。一方、昼食や夕食のサービスはないので、連泊する場合にはケポスに行く必要があります。」

「朝食が美味しかったし、プールが落ち着いていて子連れでも楽しめた。施設の中に鳥や猿などの動物もいて、動物園みたいでした。子供達は大満足でした。」

「It was a bit confusing to find it but the staff was very nice and help full. On the weekend nights it is noisy with all the life music but by 10:00 P.M it is nice and quiet. The room was nice and big. 」

「Mango Moon exceeded my expectations. The hotel and surrounding property was beautiful and well maintained. The view is phenomenal, The staff were beyond friendly and so helpful with my questions of the area. Fran, the owner, is a lovely person who you will see often. I don't know that any trip I take in the future will compare to this. I could sit by the pool eveyday in complete happiness! I saw more wildlife from my balcony than anywhere else in Manuel Antonio; monkeys, sloths, lizards,...

「Everything was great! The owner of the hotel is very nice & helps out with anything you need! The rooms give alot of space for all your things & has very cold AC. The Wi-Fi was working great & I had a good time within my stay. I stayed for 3 nights & 4 days & didn’t have any problems! 」
