Sobre todo las camas y almohadas muy malas los colchones ya estan vencidos El baño exrremadamente pequeño y no se podia usar bien la taza del baño casi pegada al.lavabo muy incomoda. Es lamentable que en un edificio historico se preste un servicio de muy mala calidad creo me dieron la peor habitacion que tienen.

Si buscas algo para salir del paso esta es la opción, aunque si tiene sus inconvenientes. Primero que nada, no hay regadera, lo que tiene es un aspersor que cuesta trabajo regular, a veces salía poca agua y a veces salía un chorro muy fuerte, me tarde más intentando ajustar el chorro del agua que en lo que me bañe. El papel higiénico es un chiste, es una combinación rara entre servitoallas y papel higiénico que tanto se utiliza para las manos como para el wc, es muy delgado, se termina desperdiciando por la necesidad de usar más. El colchón estaba manchado y las sábanas estaban rotas y estas como las toallas estaban amarillentas. Si bien la publicación dice que la TV es de 15” y no debería quejarme es en extremo pequeña y solo cuenta con 7 canales. La ventana no la pude cerrar y solo usé la cortina con la que cuenta para evitar la vista hacia el interior, el frío se sentía demasiado y las voces de los de los demás huéspedes en el pasillo se oyen muy fuerte dentro del cuarto, no me dejaron dormir bien. El wifi funcionó bien. Como dije para salir del paso esta bien, la ubicación es buena, las áreas comunes muy limpias, lo que mencione se podría mejorar para tener una mejor experiencia.

Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, y tienen un personal excelente, está céntrica así que se puede ir a distintos lugares a pie, lo único es que me hubiera gustado que su restaurante estuviera abierto en caso de no alcanzar los lugares de al rededor abiertos por la noche

No hay mantenimiento de las instalaciones, . El edificio es muy bonito y deberían conservarlo mejor Los pasillos y plantas están olvidados, sin luz por la noche. No están cómodas las almohadas ni las camas, entiendo que no es un 5 estrellas, pero pasas ahi una o dos noches y ya no quieres regresar. No están con mantenimiento los baños. Ponen bonitas y limpias las toallas, frazadas. No te pueden facturar si no lo haces en ese momento. eso es muy inconveniente. Es un edificio muy bonito, pero muy descuidado.

Este hotel se ubica dentro de un pasaje y un edificio emblemático colonial con mucha historia. El vestíbulo, recepción y apariencia del restaurante son buenas y agradables, pero las habitaciones y en general el mantenimiento del inmueble es deficiente y deplorable. Este tipo de inmuebles debería de ser cuidado y apreciado mejor. La habitación que me asignaron da a la calle, pero la puerta del balcón no cierra bien, se abre y es un ruido tremendo aparte que la encontré muy sucia y descuidada por lo que pedí un cambio de habitación al interior, la cual si mejoro en cuanto al ruido, pero estaba muy descuidada también. Encontré pequeñas cucarachas en todo el cuarto. El baño con fuga de agua en el lavabo percudido. No tenía espejo, no había regadera y ni siquiera me atreví a probar si había agua caliente porque me dió asco entrar al área de la ducha. Todo muy descuidado. Nada que ver con lo que Expedia ofrece en el anuncio. No vuelvo y no recomiendo este hotel para nada, ni siquiera que Expedia lo anuncie.

El hotel alhóndiga es en una ubicación perfecta para todo turista o persona, es una construcción hermosa e histórica, el sólo estar en su interior obtenemos una cátedra de arquitectura e historia, está muy limpio, pero su desventaja es que las camas no son nada cómodas y está descuidado las anotaciones son algo pequeñas, pero si las camas fueran confortables serían perfectas, necesita atención en el interior

El día 22 de abril de 2022 ingresamos mi esposa y yo a las 15 horas, previa reservación, a las 20: 30 salimos a cenar, para lo cual dejé la tarjeta (llave) en la recepción. al regresar a las 22 30 había una persona diferente, tez morena, unos 55 años, con lentes, a la cual le solicité la llave y después de buscar nos dijo que no se la habían dejado y que debíamos de dormir en una banca de las que están afuera, al referirle que no se me hacía gracioso me dijo que era una broma, entonces volvió a buscar y me dió la llave. Cabe señalar que somos de Jalapa, con marcado acento de la región; por lo que, percibí que fuimos discriminados.
