「Our stay at Alejandro’s cabin was unforgettable. The place is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature, and very clean and cozy. Alejandro is a kind and genuine host who made us feel like family. He even played a traditional Mapuche instrument (Trutruka) when we left — a moment we’ll never forget. Highly recommend this unique experience in southern Chile! 」

「The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early. The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling. The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a pool and area...

「Un lugar inigualable!!! Es la segunda vez que vamos. El río transparente, el salto y su sonodo, los animales, la vista del volcán y todo su entorno natural lo hacen un lugar muy especial. Por si fuera poco está muy cerca de Los Ojos de Caburgua y el lago Caburgua que tiene una playa muy linda.」
