「the hotel is ok. but there is really nothing around the hotel. if you are sightseeing, recommend to stay in the city.」

「部屋は綺麗でした。受付スタッフの対応もとても丁寧だったと思います」

「Hotels pretty standard for a budget stay. Good bang for your buck. I have stayed here once before this one and that was frankly better. The room i had this time round reeked of cigarette smoke the second you open the door and i had to run the bathroom extractor fan all night on day 1 to mitigate it. There was also little to no toilet paper left. Had to request some from the reception immediately within the first few hours of moving in. Otherwise a pleasent stay. Reception was helpful and...

「The place was rather dirty and witb bugs」

「Location is quite convenient to the IOI mall, but most of the restaurants are across the main road which can only be accessed through the overhead bridge linking the mall to the other side of the busy truck road. My room was small and sparsely furnished. Towels were old and the remote control for the air-conditioner in my room was faulty and was set to 16 degree C. Much too cold for me! The only window in the room faces the main road which was always busy and noisy. The hotel is situated next to...

「I was booking a twin bedroom but they upgraded me to a queen bedroom with window as they said the twin bedroom under maintenance. The bathroom shower head holder is spoilt and can’t hold the height. Room also not in good maintenance. There is mold on the basin too. No hair dryer provided. Only the location is good. Not recommended and will not be back again.」

「This hotel is way overpriced! I paid more than MYR$500 for two nights for a queen size bed with window, the room is so tiny with a tiny 2x3 ft. window in the room (it is my guess). The bed is placed against the wall on one side. They did not even provide a box of tissue paper, TV is not working.. Truly not recommend to pay this money for tiny room!」

「Noisy, bad sound insulation 」

「Area acceptable, however room was in poor condition with a used condom beside the bed, inadequate cleanliness, unpleasant odor, and an unclean washroom. The bed was in terrible condition.」

「Not 100percent furniture bed mattress linen not new」
