• No unregistered guests – Only those listed on the reservation may stay overnight.
• Quiet hours – Please respect neighbours by keeping noise down between 10 PM – 8 AM.
• Smoking/vaping – 🚭 Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property.
• Pets – No pets allowed unless approved in advance.
• Respect the property – Please take care of furniture, appliances, and amenities.
• Trash & recycling – Use designated bins.
• Energy conservation – be mindful of energy consumption.
🧹 Before Checkout
• Check-out time – Please check out by 11:00 AM
• Dishes – Wash used dishes or load and start the dishwasher.
• Trash – Take out all trash and recycling to the designated bins.
• Towels & linens – Leave used towels in the bathroom, pull back bed sheets if bed has been used.
• Furniture & items – Return any moved furniture or household items to their original place.
• Surfaces – Wipe down all used surfaces, kitchen worktops, tables and bathroom vanities.
• Final check – Double-check for personal belongings before leaving.
