Great space with high ceilings that give it a cozy feeling and it had everything we needed. Conveniently located next to a grocery store!

Great property in a great location

We stayed here for appointments in the City. It was a great, quiet location. The apartment was clean, the host was very quick to respond and the location was great. Very comfortable stay at this former chapel.

Another great stay

We have stayed at this property before. It was great then and it was great this time as well. Property is in a great location. With a grocery store next door this property makes it easy to shop for groceries and cook in the rental. Nice decor and clean.

Great place to stay & great location

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, well lit, and well-stocked. It was easy to get a parking spot, and the WiFi worked well for business Zoom meetings. The bed was comfortable too. The only thing we would change is to add room darkening shades. The light from the street lights was bright.

Great stay!

This was a perfect place for me to stay while helping to move my daughter into an apartment at BYU. It was a great location. Very close to everything we needed. The apartment itself is very nice! Very spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Would stay again!

Perfect place!

I came to town to visit my kids at BYU and attend the football game against Kansas State. This is actually my second stay in this Vrbo! It is perfectly located very close to campus and walking distance to Smiths and other places to eat. The place is very clean and has everything you need! Highly recommend!

Cool historical architecture. Great location. Nice space and set-up. Could use a good carpet cleaning and odor eliminator. (The whole apartment smelled of damp moss and the air freshener we bought, didn't help.)

Cozy and charming

The location of this place it’s great we were close to all the amenities we are used to within 10 min even the supermarket it’s a cross street very convenient for us because we like to cook a meal everywhere we go it’s like a home away from home .. Tyler the host was very helpful and we had a great communication . We will be back next year and well recommend had everything we need it

Nice, quiet, and close to campus

My daughter and I stayed for a few nights while she attended a volleyball camp at BYU. The apartment was nice and tidy. The king in the master was comfortable. My daughter slept on the fold-out couch and that was fine as well. Off-street parking was great. There is also a Smith's grocery store right across the road.

As advertised and great location

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. We were in town for a funeral and much needed family time. We needed to work remotely and the WiFi was reliable. The host was very communicative and helpful. When we needed to extend our trip they were great to work with. The location was perfect and we would love to stay again in the future.

Excellent stay - will rent again!

Such a treat to stay in this renovated old church! It felt unique as they kept some of the charm of the church while still feeling very modern . The apartment was full of light, felt very spacious with the high ceilings, and was super clean and comfortable. The KING size (thank you for not having just a queen!) bed/bedding was extremely comfortable and I REALLY appreciated the hypoallergenic comforter and pillows, since I always have to bring my own due to allergies. Bath towels were clean and new and it was very nice to have the black towels for make up removal. The water pressure was great in the shower! The kitchen was well stocked and it was a nice surprise to have a few things like saran wrap and parchment paper supplied for cooking. Loved that there were GOOD knives! The dishwasher was small, but held much more than it looked like it would. Use of the full size washer and dryer was perfect and we appreciated having a few soaps and dryer sheets on hand. Having toiletries in the bathroom was also another nicety that sets this location apart from other stays. LOVED that there was a small vacuum to use - just wish that it had a carpet roller bar. Having 2 fans on hand AND being able to control the thermostat was SO very much appreciated! Also, even though the printer was in the closet, it was nice to know we could use it if needed and having a few office supplies in the desk was again an example of thinking through what a renter really needs that is so helpful. My BYU student daughter loved the comfy leather couch - we didn't use the pull out bed so I can't comment on that, but it was comfy enough for a good nap on it's own. I think my only complaint is that the outside stairs leading down to the apartment were constantly wet and had water raining down from the snow melt, but they did lay salt down so at least they were not icy. The space felt very secure and safe and the location was perfect. Tyler was very responsive and polite, I felt very well taken care of and will rent from here again on future trips to Provo!
