**The house has separate upper and lower levels**
Things to know: -You get the entire upper level to yourselves, and other tenants live in the bottom level. Your door is the front (east) door, and the other guests use the left (south) door. -This home is an older home and has the original natural wood floors. They are beautiful, but they squeak!
Neighborhood highlights: -Downtown Provo begins three blocks away with restaurants, coffee, music, bars and shops -Less than a mile away you have the Provo Rec center with amazing indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, pickle ball, racketball, etc. There are also several great parks. -Both BYU and UVU are about an eight-minute drive away. -The house is two blocks from the freeway entrance, making it super easy to find and get to different parts of UT valley.
Getting Around: -Most places downtown and at the universities have free parking for guests if you follow the signs -UVX, the rapid bus system, has a bus come by every 15 minutes and goes right to both BYU and UVU sport stadiums/arenas, the Provo Town Center mall, Downtown, and University Place mall in Orem.
The floors creaked so badly that i was continually irritated.

It was an awesome stay. House was great. Close to everything and met all our needs perfectly. Contacting the host, no problems. Answered ASAP. We really didn’t even notice the wood flooring. We’ve been in older homes and it wasn’t that bad. Only reason we docked a star, it just felt too much like we were staying someone’s actual home and not a vacation rental to the point it felt weird. There were family photos everywhere. It felt odd. My kids kept asking permission to open the fridge, use the shower, or even get a cup, like if they were visiting someone’s home. Even in the bigger room, there are family photos on the piano and it just felt like I was in someone else’s bed. Felt just awkward. I never really had that in other Vrbo rentals. They felt like a rental. This felt like I was invading someone’s house. Other than that. Lovely place. Maybe if rent here again, we won’t be so awkward! Haha.
