"The bed’s too tall. I’m 5’3” and had a hard time getting in it. Had the same problem in St. Croix. I don’t know why they gotta make these beds so high. Love, love, love the floating, circular rafts out in the water at the beach. Most of the staff was great, especially Larry who probably was maintenance and Aleaha at the front desk. The guy who puts the chairs away on the beach at night, grabbed the table with my drink in it, and completely ignored me when I said hey, what happened to my drink? I ran into him another night. He wasn’t friendly then either. There was a Dominican lady at the coffee bar, and when my daughter started speaking to her in Spanish, she lit up. She spoke English also, but I think she really liked someone to speak Spanish with. They could also use some garbage cans. I couldn’t find any in the common areas and we only had two tiny ones in our room. The only thing is I would upgrade my room. The standard was pretty small."

"Our family has been coming to The Shore Club year after year, and it continues to exceed our expectations every time. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with one of the most stunning beaches in the Caribbean. The pools are exceptional, the food is outstanding, and the service is consistently warm and attentive. What truly sets The Shore Club apart is the incredible range of activities. The fitness center is first-class, the tennis facilities are excellent, and there is something for every member of the family to enjoy. From the moment we arrive, we feel relaxed and welcomed. The Shore Club has become a special place for our family, and we look forward to returning every year. Simply one of our favorite destinations in the world."

"Our lodging expectations were exceeded. Spacious, clean suite with ocean and pool views. Kitchen with all necessary appliances and as a bonus there was a washer and dryer in suite. All staff members courteous and attentive and provided excellent information regarding off site activities. Resort was very quiet and offered a relaxing atmosphere. Yes we can be repeat guests at the West Bay Club"

"Stayed for 4 nights. Beach loungers with umbrellas were always available, washer/dryer in the room was extremely convenient, room was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast and lunch options at the seaside bar was very very good as well. Overall had a great trip."
