Alta Bella Villa is a resort-style, luxury oceanfront private estate designed for large families and groups, sleeping up to 20 guests (up to 14 adults). Our luxury Turks and Caicos villa includes a main villa and three private-entry casitas, offering exceptional space, privacy, and seamless indoor–outdoor living. Guests enjoy a private Nordic spa, professional-grade fitness center, and included premium water toys, all within a fully private, turnkey resort setting on the shores of Chalk Sound.

Chalk Sound is one of the most scenic and peaceful areas of Providenciales, known for its turquoise waters and private atmosphere. Just minutes from Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay beaches, as well as the popular Las Brisas Restaurant, it offers the perfect balance of seclusion and easy access to island dining and activities.

Guests will receive a gate code the day before arrival for the private entrance gate. Upon arrival, we’ll meet you at the property for a brief welcome orientation, sharing all key codes and going through the villa and island amenities using our Digital Guidebook.

The layout functions like a private resort, with the four bedroom Main Villa as the central social hub and three separate casitas. Five king-bedroom suites, each with a private ensuite bathroom, anchor the estate—three with ocean views and one with a partial ocean view—while another king bedroom provides comfortable accommodations. There are also two Queen bedrooms with a shared bath. In total, the estate offers seven bedrooms.

All amenities—including the Nordic spa, fitness center, oceanfront pool and hot tub, and curated water experiences—are reserved exclusively for your group, ensuring a seamless and private resort-style stay.

The base rate covers up to 12 guests. A modest charge (automatically applied to pricing) applies for additional guests beyond that. Please share your full group size at the time of booking, and we’ll reconfirm at check-in to ensure everything is perfectly prepared for your stay.

Bedrooms and Beds
For stays before May 2026, the setup differs slightly: Bedroom 2 in the Main Villa has two Queen beds, and the Upper Casita has a King bed + Queen sofa bed. Starting in May 2026, Bedroom 2 in the Main Villa has a King bed + Queen Murphy/Wall bed (a full second bed with a luxury foam mattress) and the Upper Casita has a King bed + Queen Murphy/Wall bed (a full second bed with a luxury foam mattress).

Alta Bella Villa comfortably sleeps up to 14 adults (and up to 20 guests total with children). Every sleeping mattress is a true luxury foam mattress (including the Murphy/Wall beds), plus white noise machines and sleep masks in the bedrooms.

A standout feature is the sleeping flexibility: you can prioritize five king suites, spread out with extra privacy in the separate casitas, or choose family-style layouts. The casitas are especially versatile—great for couples (King suite), couples with kids (a second true Queen bed in select suites), or adult singles sharing comfortably with a real bed for each person. In suites with a Murphy/Wall bed, the second bed tucks away neatly when not in use.
