Great place to take kiddos because of the creek (we will be back someday). The two things I would change... The mattress in the bed close to laundry room is really uncomfortable. We wound up moving to second bedroom because our other couple didn’t show. It was fine. Just needs and upgrade so folks can be comfortable. And the kitchen needs some good pots...
