"Die Informationen vor dem Urlaub und die Freundlichkeit. Es war alles toll organisiert (Schlüsselübergabe, wo befindet sich der Müllplatz etc.). Die gesamte Anlage (hier Blick III) war sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung war super. Alles mit viel Geschmack ausgestattet. Auch der wohnungseigene Parkplatz ist positiv zu erwähnen. Vielen Dank auch für den Willkommensgruß. Nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Ganz toll!!! Ich finde das Waschepaket etwas klein für 1 Woche. 2 Duschtücher wären vielleicht zu...

"Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual ***k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
