"The pool was enjoyable. The room did not cleaned everyday. You have to request that reception for them to clean your room. The outlets next to the bed and where the workspace was were below which was inconvenient. I wish they would have been higher on the wall."

"Rooms are spacious and with everything you will need; mini fridge, safe, A/C and fan. Staff was very respectful and very helpful. Property is about 20min away from main town and 30 min from airport but it’s worth the drive, having the beach across the street and the pool to come back to. "

"As we live in Colombia, the location was OK for us, however, still being cautious, we had the hotel order taxis for us. It is a bit of a drive back to the Walled City & any beaches, but we found only a couple dollars more that if we had been closer. Staff was awesome. We liked have the little frig in the room, there was a microwave we could use AND there are snacks & drinks available in the lobby. We are keeping this on our future visit to Cartagena list . . . "Super close to the airport, only a 5-minute walk. Very quiet, clean, and new place, with a spacious room. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent, and the breakfast was good."
